About Me

I work with small businesses, nonprofits, and sole proprietors to improve day-to-day operations through simple, effective systems. With a background in technology, operations, and nonprofit work and a Master of Public Health, I bring a practical, cross-sector perspective to organizing and streamlining how work gets done.

I support clients with systems and workflow design, automation and tools (including Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace), operational cleanup, and ongoing fractional operations support. For sole proprietors, this also includes foundational setup like basic website builds, backend platform support, and integrating tools so their systems work together smoothly.

My focus is practical improvement over complexity—reducing manual work, removing bottlenecks, and creating systems that make it easier to run and grow your work without unnecessary friction.
